Each accounting service has its own pricing structure based on the level of service you require. The pricing is a fixed price, at an hourly rate.

Personal Federal tax preparation and filing begin at $100.00. State filing begins at $10 for each state, City filing begins $5 per city. Pricing for returns with a Schedule C are the base price plus $75. Complicated returns, such as those with day trading will be priced after reviewing the documents. The review is always free.

Absolutely! With the onset of Covid, we have adapted our business and website to have the capability of securely uploading documents. Financial reports, tax returns, and other business reporting can be emailed or sent through USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Currently, we are only set up for cash, checks, money orders, Zelle, CashApp, PaypPal and Venmo. We will be able to accept credit cards soon.

Yes, your documents are secure. A password is required to access them. I, Kate Saferian am the only person that has access to your documents.

The cost of accounting services is based on need. It is always a flat rate and never by the hour.
